This is a somewhat large ranch style house that I've redesigned several times (though it's still far from finished.) I've changed which side is the front a couple times, added an apartment above the garage, etc. I haven't placed many windows yet and I still think there's a lot of wasted space but there's quite a bit about it that I like a lot. For instance, the relationship between the kitchen and living room with the 3-sided fireplace between them and the built-in shelves, desks and window seats throughout.

House #5
This is one of the biggest houses I've designed. I went all out with a lot of ideas. There's a separate office for a home based business at the "east" end with it's own entrance, etc. The Master Suite has nearly as much square footage as the entirety of House #4. The basement features a den, bar, studio, and a brewing room (brewing beer is another one of my hobbies.) Each section of the house is separated by a thick block wall and the floors vary in height throughout.
